ATS VoterVoice Bridge for iMIS
The #1 Solution for Digital Advocacy
Key Features
- Transfer contacts and demographics from iMIS to VoterVoice for use in campaigns.
- Write actions back to iMIS to record engagement.
- Update US and State congressional districts in iMIS based on addresses.
- Record current representative contact information in iMIS for states (e.g., senators, representatives, governor, assembly members, etc.)
- Create prospects in iMIS for advocates not in iMIS.
- Direct users through a login which will log them into their VoterVoice account.
- Track engagement through activity records written to iMIS when members perform actions in VoterVoice.
Use Cases
- Using an IQA, contacts and demographics can be synced to VoterVoice and included in Campaigns. The IQA will push records to keep the contact information up to date.
- As users take action at VoterVoice, engagement data will be written back to an iMIS activity record.
- Create a link on your RiSE site that is restricted to logged in users. The user can then be directed to VoterVoice logged into their VoterVoice account. You can optionally allow authenticated and unauthenticated users to use VoterVoice.
- If desired, when an advocate interacts with VoterVoice and takes action, but is not in iMIS, a prospect record can be added in iMIS so that you can further engage the person.
- Use the feature to update congressional districts in iMIS for the US Congress, State House, and State Senate. Then cross reference that data with other data in iMIS (e.g. event attendees) to report on based on districts.
- Use the information about officials saved into an iMIS panel to connect individuals in iMIS to their representatives for functions outside of VoterVoice.
- If you have a use case that is not listed or would like additional information, please Contact ATS.
