The Verint iMIS bridge provides two-way integration. First, the bridge pushes iMIS contacts to Verint to complete surveys. This process can include any custom fields for iMIS. Then, using Verint tools you can build a multi-page survey solution with branching based on data in iMIS. When a survey is completed, completion data is sent back to iMIS as an activity record and can be used as an engagement metric.
