Use Cases

  • Contacts in iMIS may register for an event or be tagged in some other way. These contacts will be synced to Medallia Concierge. A staff member can then text these contacts individually or as a group. The recipient can reply via text and the association staff member can interact with the contact through the Medallia Concierge platform. A history of the interaction is maintained in Medallia Concierge. For example, if someone joins a tag of “MEMBER” can be added to their record. If they person drops membership the “MEMBER” tag will be removed. This will result in extensive segmentation of contacts.
